The tour will offer a rare opportunity to visit “Bob Timberlake’s World” including the main facility, guest house, design studio and grounds. Among the many special attractions on the tour will be the room where Bob Timberlake has created so many of his beautiful paintings as well as
scenes throughout the studio grounds which have served as inspiration for his art. Additionally, the event will offer Christmas shopping opportunities at the Charity League Shoppes, located nearby at the American Children’s Home.
Tickets for the event will be $10.00 with sales beginning on October 24 (Barbecue Festival Week-end) at the Timberlake Gallery and through the Lexington Charity League. Hours will be 10:00AM until 8:00PM on Friday, December 4th, 10:00AM until 6:00PM on Saturday, December 5th (Be sure to attend the Timberlake Gallery Christmas Open House on this date as well)
and Sunday, December 6th from 1:00PM until 6:00PM.
Directions to the Timberlake Studio:
From Winston Salem: Highway 52 to Highway 8, Follow Highway 8 South to Highway 47,Take left on Highway 47, Cross railroad tracks, Studio is 1/4 mile on right.
From Greensboro/Charlotte/Timberlake Gallery: Interstate 85 to Exit 91, Highway 8 South to Highway 47, Take left on Highway 47, Cross railroad tracks, Studio is 1/4 mile on right.
